For the last few days there has been a lot of talk of the second best hashtag I’ve seen this year.  The first of course was #BaldForBieber where internet trolls achieved their magnum opus by tricking Justin Bieber fans into shaving their heads, although this had no commercial benefit it was still a work of art.
