Working with Top Gear Live we helped them gain more from their social media outreach.

A full day’s consultancy training was carried out covering the best practices to apply to Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms. We also trained them on the best practices of sharing content they produce via these channels and responding to engagement.

Return on investment is of paramount importance to Top Gear Live and they wanted to be able to monitor content shared, along with the effectiveness of each individual social media channel to understand levels of interaction and engagement from them.  

Using the latest tools Top Gear Live were able to track, monitor and engage with their audience much more effectively.

We also advised them on some of the most recent changes and the much wider impact that social media has today to an online marketing campaign. Carrying out thorough demonstrations of the impact that social media has when it is applied correctly to an online marketing campaign; we gave Top Gear Live an advantage over their competitors and to become early adopters of new techniques. 

Brand reputation management also played a big part in the days training, discussing how best to deal with fake social media accounts and fan pages correctly without damaging their brand.
